The FCS II 9” Touring Fin is designed with a Glass Flex construction for a reliable, consistent feel. Using an injection moulding process this fin is great for beginner surfers as the subtle flex of the fin is easily engageable and provides a whip-like effect, propelling the board forward upon returning to the neutral position.
